Statement made by the bolonial Surgeon.

Cheung Ashine has the sear

of a

wound on the head, where the line of the hair meets the forehead and immediately

over the right eye.

This

wound was

a contused wound and from its shape

to have been done with a piece

appears

of rock . I remember this wound it

was

only trifling and healed without trouble. He had a mumber of scratched

and

grazed places about the head not

skin deep.
